Hellenic Club in the City is a two story A-Grade building located in the north-western section of Canberra’s central business district.

The purchase of 13 Moore Street was a strategic acquisition by NDH in early 2016 who also own the adjacent property, 15 Moore Street.
Formally known as Tobruk House and built for the Polish Club in the early 1980’s, 15 Moore Street has a rich history supporting public venues and restaurants. Once featuring a large ground floor stage and amphitheatre, the building was used to showcase Polish dancing performances and various other community group activities.
These days 15 Moore Street is a little more sophisticated, housing a mixture of government and commercial tenants and supporting the smart contemporary restaurant – Temporada.
The building features 6 floors of open plan office space, utilising an efficient central core design to maximise natural light and flexibility in the 1,000m² floor plates. Large double-glazed windows on levels 1 to 6 drink in the morning sun while ensuring the building maintains its impressive energy efficiency ratings. 15 Moore Street is currently achieving a 4.5 Star NABERS Rating.
The building is currently in the midst of a transformation, with the first addition being a new white paint scheme that incorporates black and grey highlights to draw the eye to the unique architectural design elements that give this building such a unique and sharp look.
The second step of this transformation is set to begin shortly, with 15 Moore Street recently receiving Development Application approval for an exciting foyer refurbishment and ground floor transformation. These works include the incorporation of the current twin entry foyers into a single double height foyer, complete with dark granite and soft timber tones. Full height glazing will allow light to flood onto the foyer space, with ground and mezzanine spaces benefitting from the addition of new rear windows to capture the afternoon sun.

The first block of land purchased by NDH Properties back in the 1960’s.
