    market leader

    All our commercial buildings over 3,000m2 have certified NABERS ratings. We continually work to improve each building’s environmental credentials and performance.

    KDN Group targets, achieves and maintains a minimum of 4.5 NABERS star rating for our commercial office buildings. 

    We also strive to achieve the highest NABERS ratings for residential developments in Canberra by using new technologies based on solid design principles.  

    All our commercial buildings over 3,000m2 have certified NABERS ratings. We continually work to improve each building’s environmental credentials and performance.
