Craig Calder

Craig began his career at KDN Group in 2013 as an Accounts Administrator and PA to the executive team, supporting administrative tasks, project coordination, and client services across both residential and commercial developments. In 2015, he transitioned into a Project Management role, progressively taking on larger and more complex developments. His background in property and facilities management, along with client liaison experience, provided a strong foundation for understanding the full lifecycle of development projects. Craig has built extensive project delivery experience and, in 2025, was accredited as a Certified Practicing Project Manager (CPPM) by the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM), recognising his capability across the full project lifecycle.

Craig is known for his client-focused approach and ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with stakeholders. He is committed to improving project processes through the use of innovative systems and technology. To further enhance his skill set, he completed a Master’s in IT and Systems, enabling him to integrate technical knowledge with his project management expertise. This combination of education and practical experience allows Craig to identify communication and management efficiencies and deliver large-scale projects with a high level of effectiveness.
