George D Katheklakis has a unique understanding of Australian property development. A registered architect, George gained extensive architectural design, documentation, contract administration and site supervision experience throughout the 1990s with the highly regarded design firm Cox Rayner Architects.
After returning to Canberra from Brisbane in 2001, he joined the family business. He has been a founder and director of KDN Group since its creation in 2004.
George is committed to Canberra and is keen to foster better outcomes for all stakeholders in what he considers to be a city with wonderful potential. George is actively involved in the Property Council of Australia, the leading advocate for the Australian property industry, and was elected as President of the ACT Property Council in 2015.
He is keenly interested in the future of the property industry locally, nationally and globally.
George holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Environmental Design from the University of Canberra.
